Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your role revolved around building client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. It’s all about making connections and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong rapport with existing clients and nurture long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements and achieve sales targets.
• Meeting sales targets: Set and achieve sales goals, regularly monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to overcome challenges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, product enhancements, and after-sales service.
• Providing exceptional customer service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English language.
• Previous experience is sales, contact center or customer support.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving visa-related challenges.
